Hubbs, P. J.:

The complaint in the second above-entitled action alleges that the defendant Buezenburg was engaged in farming and that the defendant Burnham was his employee engaged in such business; that the plaintiff was in the employ of the defendant Buezenburg as a picker and farm hand; that she was injured solely through the negligence of the defendants.
