Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County (Forman, J.), rendered May 1, 2014, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, class B felonies, after he was arrested for possessing approximately 50 bags of crack cocaine.
