This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court denying the petition of plaintiffs for relief from an original judgment of the court against them. The petition is brought under section 102, Hill’s Code, which provides that the court may “relieve a party from a judgment, order, or other proceeding taken against him through his mistake, inadvertence, surprise, or excusable neglect.”
