This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Ransom county affirming a decree of the county court of that county, decreeing that a homestead (formerly set aside to the widow) had become and was a part of the estate of the decedent and as such subject to administration and the payment of claims against such estate. The material and undisputed facts are as follows: On February 22d 1920, one James Schenum died in Ransom county, North Dakota.
