Plaintiff United States of America (“United States”) brought this action against the defendants Frances A. Brickman, Michael P. Brickman, Robert T. Brickman, and William B. Brickman (“Brickman Family”) to enforce federal tax liens on property transferred by Joseph M. Brickman (“J. Brickman”) to the defendants, or, alternatively, to set aside the transfers made by J.
