Five separate actions commenced October 30, 1931, each by a different plaintiff, but all against the same defendants, are consolidated for trial and review.

The abstract contains a copy of the pleadings in the case brought by George O. Dewey. The allegations in each of the other cases are understood to be the same except as to the name of plaintiff and *357dates and amounts of deposits. Each action is against the Commercial State Bank, the officers and (directors thereof, and the receiver and assistant receiver of the bank.
