The plaintiff, Lighthouse Bluffs, Corp., has commenced an adversary proceeding pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 7001 for a declaratory judgment determining the parties’ interest in certain unimproved real estate and for other equitable relief against the Chapter 11 debtor, Atreus Enterprises, Ltd.
