Former counsel for the Debtors, Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld (“Akin, Gump”), has petitioned for a rehearing on this Court’s Opinion of June 23, 1987, as revised September 16,1987, 77 B.R. 97: In that Opinion, Akin, Gump was disqualified as counsel for the various Debtors.
