Appellant, Leslie G. Cothren, 1 appeals the Cleburne County Circuit Court’s denial of his petition for postconviction relief pursuant to Ark. R. Cr. P. 37. Mr. Cothren was convicted of manufacturing methamphetamine in an amount of at least 200 grams but less than 400 grams, and possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver in an amount within the same weight range.
