Reversing.
Under an indictment returned June 3, 1921, by the grand jury of Jefferson county charging him with the crime of murder, the appellant, "Walter P. Stamp, was, July 1, 1921, subjected to trial in the Jefferson circuit court, criminal division, which resulted in the return of a verdict by the jury finding him guilty of the crime charged and fixing his punishment at death.
