ORDER
This case came before the Court on March 9, 1998, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this case should not be summarily decided. The plaintiff, Donald Tra-vers, has appealed the entry of a summary judgment in the Superior Court in favor of the defendants, William and Nancy Gosselin.
After hearing the arguments of counsel and reviewing the memoranda submitted by the parties, we are of the opinion that cause has not been shown. Therefore, the case will be decided at this time.
