This is an action in case brought by W. Arthur Latham against the Cleveland, Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railway Company to recover damages for injuries to an automobile which was struck by a ear of defendant while the automobile was crossing the railway tracks of defendant in the city of Kankakee. A trial was had before a jury, which returned a verdict for $1,350 in favor of plaintiff, upon which judgment was rendered, and the defendant appeals.
