O’NIELL, Chief Justice.

The widow of Lamar C. Quintero died leaving a will in which she bequeathed to Miss Dorothy Spencer several particular legacies, including 20 shares of the capital stock of the Times-Picayune Publishing Company. That was the extent of Mrs. Quintero’s ownership of stock in the corporation at the. time when she made her will, and was represented by 2 certificates for 10 shares each, of the par value of .$100 per share. Nearly three months after Mrs. Quintero made her will, and during her lifetime, the Times-Picayune Publishing Company declared a 100 per cent stock…
