William Henry Watkins died in Adams county in this state on December 10, 1916, leaving estate therein consisting of real and personal property. He left as his heirs at law four children, two sons and two daughters, each of whom had reached the age of majority. At the time of his death no will was found, and one John C. Allen was appointed administrator of the estate. The administrator proceeded with the administration and in due time reported the estate as ready for distribution.
