| ,This litigation arises out of an employment contract and partnership agreement between a physician and a medical clinic. The defendants, a partner-physician and the clinic’s director of research, purposefully changed the terms of a research contract in advance of their leaving the clinic, resulting in the physician directly receiving a check for over $97,000 for research performed while she was employed by the clinic.
