Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him of three counts of sodomy in the first degree; rape in the first degree; sexual abuse in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child. The charges arose out of separate incidents in the early morning hours of New Year’s Day, 1984, one involving a 12-year-old girl and the other an adult complainant.
