This is a proceeding to vacate an award of compensation entered upon joint petition and stipulation and for an allowance of additional compensation.

Claimant was injured May 14, 1937. He was sent by respondent to Dr. Charles Rombold, an orthopedic surgeon of Wichita, for treatment. Compensation for temporary total disability was paid up to and including September 3, 1937. Claimant returned to his regular duties for respondent on September 2, 1937, and continued *143working for respondent until about December 1, 1937, when respondent ceased…
