The complaint alleged that the plaintiffs and their predecessors in title in 1926 laid out and divided a parcel of land in Stamford into a development containing fifty-four lots, of which the plaintiffs collectively still own thirteen and one-half. The remainder were sold, prior to 1932, to the defendants or their predecessors in title, and there are six residences on six and one-half of these lots.
