Plaintiff, Robert Arneson, brought an action for breach of an employment contract against defendant, Board of Trustees, McKendree College. After a bench trial, the circuit court of St. Clair County entered judgment in favor of plaintiff and against defendant in the sum of $17,087 plus costs of suit, on April 25, 1989.
