TIMMONS-GOODSON, Judge.

Omar Romero (“defendant”) appeals his conviction of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, first-degree kidnap ping, assault inflicting serious injury, two counts of felony child abuse inflicting serious injury, and two counts of assault on a child under twelve. For the reasons stated herein, we hold that defendant received a trial free of prejudicial error.
