State v. Brown
Nebraska Supreme Court
1Opinion of the CourtPapik, J.
**55 *807 Following a jury trial, Rolander L. Brown was convicted of second degree murder and other offenses arising out of the death of Carlos Alonzo. Brown appeals his convictions and sentences, primarily arguing that in light of the U.S. Supreme Court's recent opinion in Carpenter v. U.S., --- U.S. ----, 138 S.Ct. 2206 , 201 L.Ed.2d 507 (2018), the district court erred by denying his motion to suppress cell site location information. We find that the district court did not err in denying Brown's motion to suppress and that Brown's other *808 assignments of error also lack merit. We affirm.
