Defendant St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co. (hereinafter referred to as St. Paul) appeals from a declaratory judgment which found and declared that the family auto insurance policy issued by St. Paul Fire to the insured, defendant Hazel Laudenbach, afforded primary liability coverage to Brent E. Gottfried and Floyd Dugan Chevrolet, Inc., for the accident described in the Complaint. St. Paul’s insurance policy provided liability insurance for a 1908 Chevrolet owned by defendant Hazel Laudenbach.
