The defendant, Scott D. Swain, appeals from the judgments of conviction, rendered following a jury trial, of two counts of aggravated sexual assault in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-70a (a) (1), two counts of sexual assault in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-70 (a) (1), two counts of kidnapping in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-92 and two counts of threatening in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-62.
