This was an action brought by the defendant in error, the city of Kansas City, against the plaintiff in error, the board of education of Kansas City, to enjoin the erection of a high-school building upon what the plaintiff in said suit claimed to be ground dedicated to public-park purposes, but which the defendant claimed to be ground dedicated to it for school purposes.
