INTRODUCTION

This case centers on millions of dollars Plaintiff John Joseph Waters, Jr. obtained from his longtime employer, Defendant Gerard Leon Cafesjian. Waters commenced this action in March 2012, alleging the money was part of his agreed-to compensation and that Cafesjian owed him millions more.
