OPINION
BUTTS, Justice.
This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of murder. Punishment was assessed, after appellant was found guilty, by the jury at fifteen (15) years’ imprisonment. We affirm.
Appellant submitted to the trial court three objections to the charge in one instrument: (1) that there was no evidence or insufficient evidence to justify the submission of the parties charge, (2) that the parties charge shifted and altered the burden of proof as to the essential elements of the offense, and (3) that the parties charge tended to eliminate and dispense with proof of the…
