Bin this suit for unpaid wages filed pursuant to La. R.S. 23:631 et seq., the defendant, Physicians Behavioral Hospital (“PBH”), appeals from a trial court judgment awarding unpaid wages, penalties, and attorney fees to the plaintiff, Sharon Monroe, and denying defense motions for summary judgment and for judgment on the pleadings. It also asserts in this court an exception of prescription. Monroe answered, seeking additional attorney fees on appeal.
