MacErtney v. Gwin

This case is submitted on motion to strike the bill of exceptions and on the. merits. The bill of exceptions was presented March 4, 1927, and signed and approved on May 5, 1927. It was not signed' within 60 days after it was presented, neither did the last day fall on Sunday. The time must be computed by excluding the first day and including- the last; unless ■ the last is Sunday, when it must be excluded and the Monday following counted a-S the 'last day.
