Plaintiffs Dwight L. Almond, III, and Kevin C. Weems filed this action against their employer, the Unified School District # 501 (“USD”), alleging violations of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 1 and the Kansas Act Against Discrimination (“KAAD”). 2 In the Pretrial Order, plaintiffs alleged they were subjected to a wage cut because of their age, in violation of the ADEA. 3 On defendant’s motion, the Court dismissed the case in its entirety.
