After plaintiff Anthony Castelvetere was terminated and pleaded guilty to several misdemeanors arising from his official misconduct while employed by the State of Ohio, he, his wife Kim Castelvetere, and their business, Safety Service Attire, filed this claim, alleging that defendant Phil Messer’s actions caused the investigation leading to Anthony’s termination and conviction.
