Affirming.

This was an action by appellee, P. H. Reed, to recover on a verbal contract with appellant, Yiola Lovejoy, the sum of $2500 as a real estate broker’s commission alleged to have been earned on a projected sale of a lease on a hotel in St. Louis, Missouri, which projected sale was negotiated by appellee on behalf of appellant. This appeal has been taken from a judgment for the full amount of $2500 in favor of appellee broker entered upon a trial which was held without the intervention of a jury by agreement of the parties.
