STOCKARD, Commissioner.

Plaintiff has appealed from a judgment dismissing his first amended petition wherein he sought damages in the amount of $200,000 for civil conspiracy.

We shall set out in considerable detail the allegations of the petition, and will quote those portions which have a particular bearing on the issue of whether the petition states a cause of action. “Several years ago” plaintiff, his brother (not named), and J.
