2Per curiam

This is an appeal from the District Court’s grant of summary judgment. For the following reasons, we will summarily affirm. See 3rd Cir. L.A.R. 27.4 and I.O.P. 10.6.

Sean Pressley, a state prisoner currently incarcerated in the State Correctional Institution at Mahanoy, filed a civil rights action in the District Court pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Named as defendants were various former employees/agents of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.
