The plaintiff in error, who was the plaintiff in the District Court and who will be mentioned subsequently herein as the “plaintiff”, obtained a judgment against the defendants in error, who were the defendants below and who will be designated here or referred to by their respective names, as may be necessary. Dissatisfied with that judgment, the plaintiff has brought these proceedings in error for its review. No cross errors have been assigned by the defendants for our consideration.
