This action was brought to recover on a written contract of guaranty. The plaintiff, in its complaint, after a recital of the formal allegations, alleges that on August 11, 1925, the Milnor Cooperative Mercantile Company made, executed, and delivered its note to the Milnor National Bank or order, whereby it promised to pay the. sum of $1,279, and interest, on October 1, 1925; that the defendants, for a valuable consideration guaranteed the payment of said note; that the plaintiff is the owner and holder thereof; and prays a recovery from the defendants as guarantors of the…
