On August 28, 1967, following due notice and hearing, plaintiff was appointed conservator of the person and estate of Betty E. Trent (conservatee), letters of conservatorship having been issued to her on September 7, 1967; three days later (September 10), no consideration having been paid therefor, the conservatee conveyed certain real property to de fendant Trent, her nephew, reserving unto herself a life interest therein.
