DANA, Justice.

[¶ 1] Susan MacDonald, the personal representative of the estate of Fred S. Plummer and co-trustee under the will of Etta Plum-mer, appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Brennan, J.) after a jury verdict finding the estate liable for a $520,000 personal guaranty executed by Fred Plummer. She contends that the court erred in instructing the jury *917regarding estoppel and in granting a summary judgment on her defense of unconscio-nability and her counterclaims of violation of the Improvident Transfers Act and conversion.
