Plaintiff Duane Berry, proceeding pro se, has brought an action for declaratory and injunctive relief, as well as compensatory damages, against the United States Department of Justice (hereinafter “DOJ” or “Government”) for misconduct arising out of a criminal prosecution in the Eastern District of Michigan.
