ARCHER, Chief Justice.

This suit was brought by San Antonio Bar Association and others, as plaintiffs, against Guardian Abstract and Title Company, a corporation, and John McQuown and Mary- McQuown, individually, as defendants, to restrain the corporate defendant from the alleged unauthorized practice of law and the individual defendants from the alleged unethical practice of law. The case was tried- before the Court on the fourth petition filed by plaintiffs, being plaintiffs’ third amended original petition.
