Relator, Advanced Powder Solutions, Inc., filed two petitions for writs of mandamus, both arising from a suit brought by real party in interest, Tremaine Hewitt, an APS employee who suffered injuries while working at APS. 1 In the first petition, cause number 01-15-00758-CV, APS challenges the trial court’s denial of a motion to compel Hewitt to submit to physical examinations.
