In this case, the Commonwealth of Virginia (the “Commonwealth”), through its Attorney General, challenges the constitutionality of the pivotal enforcement mechanism of the health care scheme adopted by Congress in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (“ACA” or “the Act”), Pub.
