From a final decree foreclosing an unrecorded purchase money mortgage, the defendants below, William E. Sapp and Mrs. William E. Sapp, his wife, Commercial Bank & Trust Company, a Florida corporation, and Lindsey Hopkins, have entered their appeal on behalf of themselves, and all of their' similarly situated co-defendants, assigning as error the entry of said final decree for the complainants.
