Reversing.

On the 26th of March, 1921, appellees, Ethel Alcorn and her husband, executed to the appellants Godfrey and Chase their bond for a title to a certain house and lot in Beattyville. The consideration was fixed at $1,000.00-, of which $350.00 was then paid, and notes executed for $150.-00 payable 60 days thereafter, and $500.00 payable one year thereafter, each bearing interest.
