This is a suit in equity for an accounting and for partition of a group of mining claims known as the “Kingston Mines,” situated in Yictorine mining district, Lander county, Nev., and of the “Irvine Tunnel,” run for the purpose of prospecting and developing said mining claims. This group consists of four different claims, known as the “Provider,” the “Morse,” the “California,” and the “Chicago.” The first three are contiguous.
