Berkshire Aircraft, Inc., (Berkshire) appeals from the bench trial judgment of the trial court denying Berkshire’s contract claim against AEC Leasing Company (AEC).

In February 2000, Berkshire, an aircraft brokerage company, and AEC, tire owner of a Beechcraft B58 Baron aircraft, entered *428into an aircraft sales management agreement.
