This is an action in claim and delivery to recover tbe possession of two chairs, a desk and a table, or their value in case delivery cannot be bad. Tbe action was commenced in tbe justice court on February 7, 1919. Tbe complaint alleges that the plaintiff is a corporation; that defendant Frank Bryan is, and was at all the times mentioned in tbe complaint, constable of Billings township, Yellowstone county, Montana; that plaintiff is tbe owner, and entitled to tbe immediate possession, of tbe property heretofore mentioned; that said…
