The Plaintiff-Appellant Jordan Mark Sut-kiewicz (“Sutkiewicz”) appeals the denial of his motion for a new trial pursuant to his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claim against Defendants-Ap-pellees Detective Sergeant Walter Carlson and Detective Captain Otra Lynch (“Carlson” and “Lynch”). Sutkiewicz alleged that Carlson and Lynch, under color of law, deprived him of constitutional rights guaranteed by the Fourth, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution.
