The defendants, the Zaleski Corporation doing business as Zaleski Snowguards & Roofing Specialties, and Joseph D. Zaleski, appeal from the summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the plaintiff, J. Corda Construction, Inc., in an action to enforce a judgment by default that was rendered by a California court.
