— This matter comes before the court on petition to dissolve the attachment and dismiss the complaint: Pa.R.C.P. 1032.

On December 31,1975, plaintiff, a resident of the State of Washington, filed an action in assumpsit against petitioner, Remi Claeys-Superia, a Belgian corporation. The writ and the complaint were on that very day served upon Shipside Packing and Consolidation Inc., garnishee.
