MEMORANDUM ORDER DENYING EXEMPTION OF DEBTOR’S HOMESTEAD

The above-entitled matter came on for hearing before the undersigned on the 29th day of September, 1993, on the trustee’s objection to the claimed exemption of Debt- or’s homestead.
